All orders are dispatched from our London studio. Please allow 1–5 business days for preparation and dispatch.
UNITED KINGDOM
Orders are shipped via Royal Mail. Shipping costs depend on parcel size and weight and are calculated automatically at checkout.
EUROPEAN UNION AND INTERNATIONAL
Orders are shipped via DHL. Duties and import taxes are included in the final cost, so customers pay nothing extra at delivery. Tracking details are provided once an order is shipped. Any delays in transit are outside our control.

RETURNS
Full-price items may be returned within 14 days in original condition with all tags and packaging. Made-to-order, sale, and discounted items are final sale.
UK RETURNS
Email contact@paulinedujancourt.com within 14 days. Return postage is the customer’s responsibility. Ship returns within 7 days of authorization. Refunds are processed within 2–7 business days.
INTERNATIONAL RETURNS
Email contact@paulinedujancourt.com within 14 days. Return postage and reverse customs charges are the customer’s responsibility. Ship within 7 days of authorization. Refunds are processed within 3–7 business days.
REFUNDS
Refunds are issued to the original payment method minus shipping costs once the return meets policy requirements.
